My name Rob Van Valkenburgh and I am a 10 year veteran of the strength game.  Having coached elite athletes in both the private sector and the Division 1 collegiate setting I believe that strength has to be the foundation of all athletic movement and that athletes of all levels deserve a comprehensive strength program.

My goal with this page is to leverage my experience in order to help athletes reach their physical potential and enjoy all the benefits of participation in competitive sports.  In the process I hope to choose topics which help educate and motivate both athletes and coaches to continue their personal development and growth.
